Its a search engine phone support process.
Involves inbound customer service.
Excellent communication is must.
Only Graduates can apply,Under-graduates are strictly not eligible for this profile.
Shifts Timings : US shifts – (6pm-6am) window,any 9hrs will be given.
5 days working,two days fixed off in a week,can be split off.
